The dementia finding hiding inside the Ozempic headlines

Welcome back to The Vitality Code. Every issue, I bring you the science, the tools, and one thing you can do this week to move the needle on your brain health and longevity. This week, I'm pointing you to something I put a lot of work into — and I think it might be the most important video I've published so far.

🎥 This Week's Video: The GLP-1 Truth Files — The Complete Series

Four episodes. A decade of research. A million patients. One film.

Everyone is talking about Ozempic. The weight loss. The before-and-afters. The celebrity rumors.

Here's what nobody is talking about: the same class of drugs sitting at the center of some of the most exciting Alzheimer's research in a decade — with a 40–70% risk reduction signal showing up consistently, across multiple studies, across more than a million patients.

In this complete series compilation, I walk you through everything the science is telling women over 50 about GLP-1 drugs — the brain protection data, the muscle loss warning most women aren't hearing, the collagen connection nobody is talking about, and a complete five-step protection protocol you can start today whether you're on these drugs or not.

This is four episodes in one place, structured as a single narrative from stakes to solution. It runs about 35–45 minutes — put it on while you walk, while you cook, while you do anything. It's worth it.

✅ Something You Can Do

You don't have to be on a GLP-1 drug to benefit from this research. The five-step protocol I lay out in the film is built for every woman regardless of whether she's ever taken semaglutide. Start with this: add 20–30 grams of collagen peptides to your morning routine. The research suggests collagen may support your body's natural GLP-1 response — meaning you can work with this pathway through food and targeted supplementation, not just pharmaceuticals. That's the whole point of the Vitality Code Framework. The science is there. Now you use it.

🧠 The Research

The brain protection signal in GLP-1 research keeps getting stronger. A Phase 2b clinical trial presented at the Alzheimer's Association International Conference in 2024 found that liraglutide, a GLP-1 drug, appears to reduce shrinking in the parts of the brain that control memory, learning, language, and decision-making by nearly 50% compared to placebo.

And that's just one study. Multiple large real-world analyses published in 2025 — one using a dataset of over 109,000 individuals — found consistent associations between GLP-1 use and reduced dementia incidence across different methodologies and populations. BrightFocus

🎤 Something's Coming

I'm putting together a live working session — not a webinar, not a lecture. A real conversation, where we walk through the Vitality Code Framework together and you can ask me anything, live. Details coming soon. You'll hear it here first.

Every area of this Framework connects back to one thing — knowing who you're becoming. Take the Vitality Code Score and find out where to start.
